A Real Estate Sales Agent at Berkshire Hathaway is responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other related documents.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and developments.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategies, and property improvements.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with past clients and leads to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Work Environment:
