- Pay Per Hour Rate: $60-$75, Compensation dependent on experience.*
- Up to $7k Sign On Bonus

Qualifications:
- Meets the qualifications as established by APTA
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Arizona(required upon start date)
- Must hold a Master's (minimum) degree in the field of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
