Position Details:
- Hourly Rate: $14 - $19.32 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
- Compensation: Based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with generous shift differentials included
About the Role: We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant who are respected and valued for their unique skill set. As a Rehab Nurse Technician at Encompass Health, you will play a crucial role in assisting Registered Nurses (RNs) by providing high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s rehabilitation journey. You'll build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery process. Your role will involve helping patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating, as well as preparing and transporting patients and communicating their concerns to nurses.

Required Certifications and Licensures:
- Current CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- State-issued C.N.A. or L.N.A. license (or similar) preferred
- One year or more of experience in an inpatient hospital setting, particularly with medically complex patients and sub-acute rehab-unit patients, preferred
