At Home Instead, we are looking for kind and considerate people to become Personal Care Attendants (PCAs). There is no experience or qualification need for this entry-level role. Our specialty is helping senior folks age gracefully in their own homes by offering them non-medical support.
Position Stated that
- Having engaging conversations and providing company
- Assisting with personal care requirements including grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence
- Making light cleaning and food preparations
- Sending out medicine and appointment reminders
- Providing care for Alzheimer's patients
Qualifications:
- Must have a dependable mode of transportation and be regularly on time for assigned shifts;
- Must behave with respect for senior clients and their belongings.
- Must be able to interact professionally and successfully with clients.
We provide our care providers round-the-clock assistance in addition to a flexible schedule that is customized for each worker's availability. Benefits are included in the competitive compensation package. But since every Home Instead franchise is individually owned, there may be differences in duties and compensation.
