Responsibilities:
- Offer personalized support to individuals in the convenience of their own residences.
- Deliver outstanding in-home and companion experiences while providing assistance with the services outlined in the personalized care service plan designed for each client.
- Help clients move around the house or go outside for doctor's appointments or walks.
- Provide support to clients in maintaining personal care and hygiene
- Assist clients in performing their physical therapy exercises
Qualifications:
- Has familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations
- Have reliable transportation to and from clients homes
- Use the Honor Care Pro App and must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android
