Responsibilities:
- Helping people, understanding a client's requirements.
- Providing an outstanding customer service experience while having fun doing it.
- Working at the Airport with luxurious environment.
- Provide flexibility to work any time and any day of the week, including weekends & holidays.
- Work a Full-time schedule
- Acknowledge and welcome clients as they enter the store.
- Follow all corporate policies, including cash handling policies and unique store loss prevention protocols.
- Communicate well with customers, colleagues, and store management.
- Effectively run a cash register.
- Know basic shop layout to help consumers pick products and be able to answer customer queries around the whole store.
- Be knowledgeable and conversant with the nearby companies or offers inside the location.
- Assist with the book inventory process (ordering, receiving, and returns).
- Perform relevant work as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Luxury sales experience
- Ability to interact with diverse personalities
- High degree of interpersonal skills
- Be able to lift 20 pounds
- Be over the age of 21, as required by law in order to sell alcohol and tobacco products
- Prior experience operating a cash register
