We are looking for someone who identifies with our ethos and who has specialty in restaurant experience (or relevant retail/hospitality experience and a passion for specialty restaurant) to join us as an Retail Store Manager. Our priority with hiring for this role is to find someone who can represent what KFC stands for to both our customers and our staff.

Principal responsibilities:
Assume responsibility for the restaurant's performance metrics and direct the staff to achieve objectives; Oversee the dining experience of your patrons by ensuring amicable exchanges, a spotless establishment, and delectable fare; Mentor and expand your KFC family by onboarding, developing, and training new team members; In charge of coordinating the dissemination of information regarding your team's objectives, forthcoming promotions, business developments, and more; Encourage a collaborative and positive family environment as a whole; Form alliances with other restaurant general managers and area leaders in order to advance the business.
