Our Shift Manager is the first line of contact with the customers for any business. Shift Manager is important for building trust with customers, so our perfect candidate must have great organizational and communication skills.
A perfect candidate that we have in mind must be creative, organized, and highly skilled in processing customer adjustments and maintaining financial accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a top-notch guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot & fresh meals
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in restaurant goals related to building and developing the team, operations metrics and profitability
- Effectively convey objectives, promotions, corporate updates, and more.
- Lead a good and collaborative family atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- You must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable, personal transportation.
