We are looking for a talented HR Coordinator to join our team for a 60-day temp-to-hire assignment with a top manufacturer in Catawba County. This is your chance to bring your HR expertise to a thriving and supportive environment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
What You’ll Do:- Respond to daily internal and external HR inquiries, providing essential support.
- Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee the recruitment process and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate internal job postings and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Help organize employee events, celebrations, and manage internal communications.
- Assist with payroll processes and support various HR projects.
- Ensure HR materials and supplies are well-stocked.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or related functions (required).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
