Our client, a Food Distributor is seeking a Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong Accounts Payable, strong Accounts Receivable and strong Administrative Assistant background which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Admin Asst-Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Temp-Perm Opportunity
Location: New Rochelle, NY
Pay Rate: 21.00/hr. Schedule M-Fri 9am-5pm
What’s the Job? -Accounts Payable -Accounts Receivable -Will be working in the office answering phone calls -Taking orders from existing clients -Answering any questions in regards to deliveries and invoicing, -Filing and other general office duties -Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Quick Books - Will be doing inventory control and account management functions - Will be responsible for troubleshooting delivery issues, -Handling dispatching and entering delivery routes into the system for the drivers - Some Purchasing or inventory management experience is a plus
