Job Posting: Maintenance Technician II Shift - 6am - 230pm Pay Rate - $30/hr
Location: Denver, CO
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the functionality of plant equipment by performing electrical and mechanical repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
Qualifications:-
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Maintenance certification preferred.

Experience:
- 2 years of mechanical and maintenance experience preferred.
- 2 years of electrical experience preferred.
- 2 years of industrial and machine-tool maintenance experience preferred.

Skills & Certifications:
- Knowledge of wiring techniques, schematics, and troubleshooting 2 & 3 Phase motors.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, welding and cutting equipment.
- CMMS system (SAP) experience preferred.
- Forklift and manlift licenses required or ability to obtain.
- Exposure to wet/humid conditions, extreme cold/heat, and airborne particles.
- Moderate noise levels, moving mechanical parts, and potential electrical shock risks.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required.
- Frequent standing, walking, handling, and lifting of up to 20 lbs.
- Occasional sitting, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.

70% Maintenance:
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machines, lubricate equipment, and perform mechanical repairs.
- Assist in machine relocation and equipment building.

- Ensure a safe work environment, perform safety walk-throughs, and comply with all PPE and safety policies.

- Participate in ongoing training related to maintenance and safety.
