What’s the Job?

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Handle high priority customer issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Credit Collection
  • Work with in-house sellers for order confirmation, payments, local events
  • Identify area for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What’s Needed?

  • Experience in B2B
  • Experience in non-call-center customer service
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • preferred bilingual
  • High School Degree
