Our client, a commercial insulation company, is seeking a Working Foreman to join their team. As a Working Foreman, you will be part of the field operations department, supporting spray foam, air barrier, core fill, and waterproofing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to solve problems on the fly, and a focus on maintaining high-quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Working Foreman Location: Green Bay, WI Pay Range: $28 - $32/hr
What’s the Job?
- Lead the project staff on construction projects to ensure quality work and materials.
- Oversee daily operations at the job site, addressing any issues with the Project Superintendent.
- Communicate effectively with General Contractors, Project Managers, and internal teams.
- Ensure that staff have proper equipment, tools, and materials to complete the job.
- Enforce safety standards, including PPE guidelines, and maintain equipment records.
What’s Needed?
- 3-5 years of construction leadership experience.
- A valid driver’s license; OSHA certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English; bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
- Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
