Our client, in Bay Minette, AL is seeking a Utility/Production Associate to join their team. As a general utility associate, you will be part of the operational support within the facility. The ideal candidate will be Reliable, Comfortable with 12 hour rotating shifts, and a Team Player which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Utility/Production Associate
Location: Bay Minette, AL
Pay Range: $16.71/hr
What’s the Job?
- Accurately, reading tape measures, gauges, and other testing equipment.
- Safely operating machinery & reading factory orders.
- 12 hour rotating shifts, days and nights
- Setting up, which includes tooling; Keeping work area neat and organized.
- Utilizing basic shop math while accurately reading tape measure and gauges.
What’s Needed?
- Complete and pass required assessment before on-site interview
- Ability to work overtime hours as they are needed.
- Must have a stable work history with good attendance record.
- Positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as a team.
- Completing quality and administrative document checks.
