Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  • Develop productive and trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Keep precise work order files and formulas up to date.
  • Retrieve the necessary products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves and set up displays.
  • Clean store equipment regularly.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Help with deliveries when required.
  • Ensure assigned areas are always in-stock and presentable.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the products offered and discuss available options with customers.
  • Follow inventory control procedures.
  • Suggest strategies to boost sales.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.
  • Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
