Retail Store Manager

Your role as a Starbucks Store manager requires you to set a high standard for the Starbucks Experience by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of store operations. Every shift, the team of baristas under your supervision will give first-rate service and meticulously made goods to our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Demonstrate the way you want people to behave and act.
  • Working in a team and being an inspiration to others is a rewarding experience.
  • No company, no matter how big or little, can afford to skimp on customer service.
  • In order to keep your consumers coming back, you must cater to their individual tastes and requirements.
  • Pay close attention to detail and take pride in your progress toward goals.
  • You are capable of confidently guiding, deploying, and leading people.
  • Be receptive to new information, particularly when it pertains to the most recent recipes for drinks!
  • Skilled at overseeing responsibilities related to the secure handling of cash and customers' personal information.
  • Capable of keeping calm under pressure in a high-pressure job environment.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is an exceptional quality.

At a minimum, you must be:

  • Dedicated to regular and punctual attendance;
  • Able to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays; and
  • Willing to discuss appropriate modifications with your supervisor.
  • Maintain the safety and security of the store premises, handle money accurately and safely, and adhere to store guidelines for the operation of the establishment, which includes offering high-quality food and beverages.
  • Worked for half a year in a role that required constant engagement with clients and consistently met their demands.
  • Strictly adhere to all recipes in terms of temperature, ingredient quantity, and substitutions;
  • Proven ability to oversee the work of two employees for a minimum of six months;
  • Adapt recipes to meet specific customer requests;
  • Make any required adjustments to recipes as needed.

  • Supervising the work of subordinates
  • Quickly absorbing new information is a talent that can help in both one's career and personal life
  • Being able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely is crucial in today's business world, where the ability to communicate effectively can determine one's success or failure in almost any given situation
  • Being familiar with the retail landscape: To understand the dynamics of the market, one must be knowledgeable about the retail industry and its many channels.
  • Possessing excellent people skills, the ability to work well with others, and the knowledge that one can always learn and improve their interpersonal abilities are all essential in today's job.
