Your role as a Starbucks Store manager requires you to set a high standard for the Starbucks Experience by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of store operations. Every shift, the team of baristas under your supervision will give first-rate service and meticulously made goods to our customers.

At a minimum, you must be:
- Dedicated to regular and punctual attendance;
- Able to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays; and
- Willing to discuss appropriate modifications with your supervisor.
- Maintain the safety and security of the store premises, handle money accurately and safely, and adhere to store guidelines for the operation of the establishment, which includes offering high-quality food and beverages.
- Worked for half a year in a role that required constant engagement with clients and consistently met their demands.
- Strictly adhere to all recipes in terms of temperature, ingredient quantity, and substitutions;
- Proven ability to oversee the work of two employees for a minimum of six months;
- Adapt recipes to meet specific customer requests;
- Make any required adjustments to recipes as needed.
