Starbucks is looking for a Restaurant Director/Manager to join our team. We are a well scattered business and having cafe restaurants in HI. As a Restaurant Director/Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and our team is working efficiently.

Our managers need to be friendly, organised, efficient and skilled at making coffee in a fast-paced coffee shop. Previous experience of managing or supervising a team is essential.


Responsibilities:

  • In accordance with health and safety laws, keep the coffee processing area clean and organized. To enhance our food options, work together with our culinary team to develop beverage pairings and unique drinks.
  • Raise baristas' awareness of proper brewing methods, customer service expectations, and cafe protocols through training and mentoring.
  • Make sure that every drink is of high quality and provided consistently. Organize stock, which may include coffee, milk, syrups, and other consumables.
  • Be friendly, organised, efficient and skilled
  • The creation and implementation of a coffee menu that adheres to our beliefs of clean eating by making use of premium, organic products.
  • Keep yourself informed on the latest developments in coffee brewing methods, tools, and supplies.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Two years of experience as a barista, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • A solid understanding of how to brew coffee, matcha, and cold drinks, as well as how to operate an espresso machine.
  • Devotion to the ideals of clean eating and a lifelong dedication to personal health and wellness. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; adept at training and motivating employees.
  • Meticulous with an emphasis on preserving consistency and high quality standards. Capacity to multitask and operate efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
  • Some knowledge of fundamental mathematics for determining inventory levels and ingredient ratios, as well as experience with inventory management systems.
