Qualifications:

  • Gained valuable experience over the course of a year, providing exceptional customer service in a retail or restaurant setting and developing skills in meeting customer needs
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential, regardless of any accommodations.
  • Open to working flexible hours, including weekends, nighttime shifts, and holidays, to ensure the job is completed
  • Committed to following the store's operating policies and procedures, which include offering high-quality food and beverage options, handling money accurately, and maintaining a safe and secure store environment
  • Acquired six months of experience in a role that involved regular customer interaction and meeting their needs
  • Keep yourself informed and knowledgeable about industry trends and innovations in food and beverage preparation and service by regularly attending conferences and workshops.Experienced in effectively managing and orchestrating the responsibilities of various team members for a duration of at least six (6) months
  • Improving one's knowledge, skills, and abilities can give them an advantage in the job market. • Coordinating and overseeing the work of subordinates
  • Those who quickly grasp new concepts are more adept at handling intricate scenarios and making well-informed choices when faced with time constraints.Another crucial aspect of effective oral communication skills involves managing disagreements and conflicts with poise and professionalism.
