Requirements
- No prior experience needed
- Applicants should be 16 or older
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability for flexible working times, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Adherence to store operational policies and standards, such as delivering quality beverages and food items, handling cash, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Engaging with and understanding our customers need, including discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Preparing food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes, including changes in temperature, component quantities, or ingredient substitutions
- Ability to handle various tasks within the store during each shift
