Position Responsibilities
Review and summarize operational data to provide recommendations to management.
Guide and develop a team of analysts, managing projects and providing updates.
Read daily customer feedback to identify efficiencies and process improvements.
Work with departments on operational issues and recommend solutions.
Build reports and data visualizations on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of analysis experience using Excel, SQL and Power BI.
Prior management experience preferred.
Ability to adapt and pivot on projects for Sales, Call Center and Warehouse teams.
