The School Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and academically challenging environment for students. The teacher designs and implements lesson plans, assesses student progress, and collaborates with parents, colleagues, and administrators to support the holistic development of students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Teach subjects such as mathematics, science, language arts, social studies, and other relevant topics, depending on the grade level and subject area.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group activities, hands-on learning, and technology integration, to engage students and enhance learning.
- Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement and enforce classroom rules and procedures to ensure student behavior supports a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assess student performance regularly through assignments, tests, quizzes, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them understand their progress and areas for improvement.
- Identify and address the needs of students with learning difficulties or those requiring additional support, including working with special education staff as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Teaching certification or licensure required for the specific grade level and subject area in the state of practice.
- Experience:
