- Collaborate with the SCM to ensure consistent and seamless operations of the service center.
- Manage inventory, labor, and financial outcomes of the service center.
- Promote a culture of mentorship by encouraging senior team members to share their knowledge with junior colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and organized service center and ensure a safe workplace environment.
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service by motivating your team to exceed customer expectations.
