As an Assistant Salon Manager at Hair Cuttery, you will play a key role in overseeing daily salon operations, supporting the Salon Manager, and driving salon success. Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising salon staff, including stylists and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure all clients receive outstanding customer service. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Salon Operations: Oversee daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.
- Sales and Promotions: Support the Salon Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue and increase client base. Encourage team members to recommend and sell retail products.

Qualifications:
