Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Newport News, VA
Pay Range: $23 A Recruiter is responsible for putting people to work, helping them get ahead, and connecting their skills to clients. Drives all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process while providing an exceptional experience and service to our candidates, associates, and clients.
What’s the Job? Recruiter
- Talent Management: Identify, assess, place, and manage a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.
- Client Delivery: Identify and address roadblocks in client delivery by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Relationship Development: Build relationships with hiring managers to secure and expand future opportunities within ManpowerGroup.
- Market Knowledge: Understand and educate others on local market dynamics, labor, and workforce management.
- Sales and Recruitment: Drive sales activity, probe for additional business, maintain accurate candidate records, and collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
What’s Needed?

Industry: 1+ year in recruiting and sales experience

Previous success as a recruiting professional or an account manager in the staffing industry

Action-oriented to initiate appropriate resources and tools to ensure delivery on key HR processes

Strong organizational skills are important as well as attention to details and an ability to multi task and see work through to conclusions
