The Store Leader is responsible for upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, and values within the store, effectively representing the brand. Qualifications:
- Passion for pets and people and the desire to grow a fulfilling career
- 4-6 years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Applicants must be over the age of 18 (except in Montana or where otherwise required by local or state law)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining statistical and financial records. dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Overseeing pricing and stock control.
- Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
- Manage store budget, including payroll.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
